Trump would enthusiastically embrace an impeachment hearing. It would put him on the center stage and he will love it.

I don't care if it's called a budget or an omnibus. It's all about the government spending our money.

I remember when the fake news said he wouldn't last a month, then a year, now 18 months, etc...Kind of like how global warming got changed to climate change.  Al Gore said by today, the ice caps will be gone...

After early estimates of Q1 GDP of nearly 5.5% the Atlanta Fed model has continually revised that figure downwards. Latest estimate is 1.8%. Next update tomorrow.

You can't make this shit up. No one would believe it.

That idea has been meme'd and posted on Social Media since Trump was elected.

Something big coming up.  Misdirection by Trump, he finally made a comment about Stormy.  Media swarming it on news feeds.

Just a bit over what I contributed to the NRA-ILV recently, but hell yes, I would find it in my SS/IRA funds.

Doesn't matter who's in office because the results are always the same thanks to checks and balances. I'm not looking forward to Pelosi being SoH again.  >:(

So when Ryan steps down later, Pelosi will be speaker automatically?  Can  anyone confirm that the SOH is 3rd in command if the POTUS and VP go down?  She eats Tide Pods.

Just in case Trump does get impeached, the left will go after Pence next.  The media made fun of him for stating that the only person he has dinner alone with is his wife.  Only guy with bulletproof sexual harassment claims.

No but the GOP has practically given up retaining control of the House after Ryan's decision and will focus their money on retaining the Senate.

I believe the SOH is chosen by a vote in congress. So assuming both parties vote down party lines, the new SOH will be whoever is voted for by the majority party. I believe there is a president pro tempore of the senate in case the VP is incapable of serving as president. Then the SOH after that.

Pelosi is currently the house minority leader. If the Dems take over the House in 2018 she could be the house majority leader and the SOH again. But it is a separate vote. It is not automatic. From what I have read, Pelosi is not in favor with the majority of her party anymore. Apparently she is not radical left wing Socialist Progressive enough.

I'm not a mind reader but I don't think there is the hatred of Pence as there is for Trump. Obviously, I could be wrong. If Pence were to become president, I believe he would be a much better leader than Trump has been. And I believe that the Dems and MSM will stop their personal assassination attempts. My reasoning is that Pence is one of "them" An elite. A politician. They probably will expect him to fall into lockstep like all good Reps and Dems do.

I agree about Pence. If he took over today, the November elections might be saved but doubt it. I believe that Trump was elected more because Dems decided not to vote and not because of an overwhelming conservative majority. Every time Trump opens his mouth or tweets something stupid, it riles up the radical left wing socialists and the right wingers are more likely to not vote. I'm basing this on historical precedence.

Not really.

The system of how government officials are elected have been compromised by big money for some time now.  Hence, no matter who is elected, those people are already in the pockets of the power elite.

That is probably one of the main reasons as to why the rich get richer, poor get poorer, and bombmakers laugh their way to the bank.

You have them reversed.  Presidential succession is:

1. VP
2. Speaker of the House
3. President Pro Tempore of Senate
4. Sec of State
5. Sec of Treasury
6. Sec of Defense
7. Attorney General

2,989,495,403.  Hillary Clinton

True. I didn't say the results were only good results.
