The magic marker is only 30% effective, IMHO. I wouldn't rely on it. Sharpies are a little better at 65% but you really shouldn't use anything but the the hot garlic wax dip which has an effective kill rating of 105%.

The whole Zombie Green grips thing is actually a public service, didn't you know? The 2012 doomsday predictions and rampant Zombie Apocalypse speculation have gotten many, many new shooters into the sport. Unprecedented levels of brand new gun owners are swarming local ranges all across the country and occasionally striking fear into the hearts of  seasoned shooters everywhere.

The bright green accessories are to remind the where to put their hands.
