General Discussion / CCW with a pistol that I changed calibers

  I’m still contemplating applying for a CCW. If I do, I wanted to use my registered G27 that I have since converted to 9mm.
Would anybody know if this is a problem?

General Discussion / Silhouette side questions

I plan on taking my wife and son to the silhouette side this weekend. I was wondering if anything has changed since the pandemic. I do understand that you must wear a mask if not on the line but are two people still allowed per stall? Also are there less chairs due to social distancing?

I’m thinking about picking up a 9mm revolver. I was considering getting the Ruger SP101 and was wondering if anyone here has one? If so, could you tell me the pros and cons or if there is another company/model I should look at.

General Discussion / Are misaligned/canted 686 barrels still a problem?

Aloha everyone!
I’m looking to pick up my first revolver and I was looking at the S&W 686. I seen a few post and videos of some revolvers having misaligned barrels. I was wondering if there was still a problem with current production revolvers and/or if it is actually a big issue? If so, would I be better off going with a ruger gp100 instead? I was planning on picking one up off of gunbroker so inspecting it would be out of the question.

General Discussion / Family day at the range

My wife finally joined our son and me at the range and on Mother’s Day no less. Hopefully she comes more so that the ammo can be paid for from the joint account. lol
We even had a little shooting challenge with the 10/22 and our son stole money from us.
