“The Event”
« on: January 15, 2024, 11:41:29 AM »
The elites are scrambling to get their doomsday bunkers ready.

What I’m wondering is if Zuck can build an underground city ok Kauai without permits then how difficult would it be for wealthy connected people to keep the action bays closed?

Cat man doesn’t have that kind of influence. I’m thinking more about the kind of people who make significant campaign donations/political bribes and are active in the social circles that get a heads up about the next Event. If heads start to roll it will be theirs first since they are wealthy but not enough to afford a private island bunker. They think we are the ones who will come after them, but it’s the criminal class they created that should concern them.

It’s ironic that they want to ban the militias, but that’s who’s most likely to maintain order and step in to save their ass during an Event

The only hope Hawaii has for any chance of survival of a nuclear catastrophe type of doomsday scenario is the de-occupation/de-militarization and restoration of the Hawaiian nation state.  The restoration of the Hawaiian nation state and its return to its neutral status will take Hawaii from being one of the top military targets for nuclear destruction at the very least.

If those ultrawealthy choose to weather the upcoming doomsday storm in Hawaii, their own as well as everyone else who lives in Hawaii odds for survival increases exponentially once the US empire do-occupies Hawaii.

So basically hand it over to a bunch of loudmouth ethno-purists who can’t even organize themselves so that everything falls apart and China can waltz right in and take over. Great plan!

She's retrofitting an abandoned ICBM missile silo.

I always thought that Hawaii, because of it's location in the pacific, is strategic to any empire seeking to impose world dominance.

If not the US, isn't it feasible some other empire would try to make it their territory?

So maybe we would've been speaking Japanese, Chinese, or even British like that fake Meagan Markle tries to do.

I hope she measured her girth first.  Oh wait.  Is she currently fat or skinny.  She seems to visit both extremes so often like a yo-yo.

She needs to be mindful in her abandoned ICBM silo if she's currently skinny because in a couple of months she might get stuck down there.  Nothing to do down there but, you know, eat.

She's in skinny shape now thanks to that new diabetes drug, Ozempic.

She once called taking the drug "cheating" and a short-cut.  Of course, she had to with her level of ownership in Weight Watchers.  She's apologized now, admitting that it doesn't matter how you get to a healthy weight as long as you don't kill yourself doing it -- i.e. anorexia, etc.

BTW, she's 69.

Please don't associate those ethnocentric culture, language, chanting at every opportunity, and hula loving fanatics to Hawaiian nationalists like Dr. Keanu Sai, myself, and so forth.  Unlike the former, Hawaiian nationalists are very astute to global politics, economics, and the geoeconomic advantages of a neutral Hawaiian nation state.

Moreover, like the Global South and many countries in Africa, Hawaiian nationalists do not fear China or Russia, but look forward to being part of the upcoming multipolar World of BRICS upon the de-occupation and restoration of our nation state.

Although Hawaii's geographic military importance was a reality during the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries, that belief is no longer valid in the 21st century with the advent of nuclear weapons.  The US imperial military garrisoning Hawaii is nothing but a sitting duck that can and will be one of the first things taken out should WWIII begin.

This fact is one of the most if not the MOST important reason why Hawaiian nationalists want the de-occupation/de-militarization and restoration of the Hawaiian nation state.

Sai was convicted in 2000 of Class B felony theft for his part in the Perfect Title scam which involved conning Hawaiians out of $4000 each for worthless documents purporting to show that homeowners need not pay their mortgage because the Hawaiian Kingdom was overthrown.  He allegedly raked in $400K, causing some Hawaiian families to lose their homes in the process.  He got off with a slap on the wrist and then was then given a Ph&D from UH Manoa which he has more recently used to re-start his scheme. OHA has given Sai $95,000 in recent years.

The same smear campaign used against Dr. Sai is no different to what the anti-Trumpsters do against Trump.  Dig up any technicalities whether true or not and find what sticks to the targeted person in order to damage their reputation and/or throw them to jail.

Are you giving any credence to any of the legal charges brought against Trump whether true or not, or do you dismiss them for what they are; legal attacks to stop a person that is trying to do something right?

Why do you bring up Trump in this? He wasn't named in any of the cases against Sai. Sai was convicted of taking money from families and defrauding them of their mortgages. They lost their homes! :(

https://www.hawaiinewsnow.com/2019/06/11/controversial-hawaiian-scholar-comes-under-fire-amid-calls-an-investigation/

The state Office of Consumer Protection has made a criminal referral for controversial Hawaiian scholar David Keanu Sai, saying he has committed a felony.

In a court filing, OCP attorney James Evers said Sai violated the state’s Mortgage Rescue Fraud Prevention Act by taking nearly $8,000 in advance fees from distressed homeowners.

“Sai’s conduct constitutes a felony and Sai’s criminal wrongdoing has been referred to the proper criminal authorities for investigation," Evers wrote.

The criminal referral came from a foreclosure case involving a property in Ewa Beach. The owners lost their home.

https://www.ilind.net/2020/06/21/lawyer-known-for-sovereignty-defenses-barred-from-future-foreclosure-assistance/

The Office of Consumer Protection alleged Kaiama acted together with sovereignty activist David Keanu Sai in this foreclosure defense scheme. In prior court filings, OCP said they have referred Sai’s case to authorities for possible criminal investigation. It is not known whether any such investigation is underway or was ever conducted.

In asserting a “sovereignty defense,” OCD said Kaiama has repeatedly asserted these discredited legal arguments:

    • the Hawaiian Kingdom continues to exist,
    • Hawaiian Kingdom law continues to be good law and is controlling,
    • the government of the Hawaiian Kingdom was illegally overthrown in 1893,
    • the United States did not lawfully acquire the Territory of Hawaii,
    • the State Circuit Courts are unlawfully constituted,
    • the State Circuit Courts do not have subject matter jurisdiction over foreclosure cases,
    • the proper court to be determining matters of foreclosure is the court that administers Hawaii Kingdom law,
    • any transfer of land since 1893, and any recordings of such transfers since 1893, are invalid,
    • to be effective, land transfers would have to be executed before a notary public under the Kingdom of Hawaii,
    • purported land transfers after 1893 not executed before a notary public under the Kingdom of Hawaii are ineffective to pass lawful title, and
    • homeowners acquiring land after 1893 by deed not executed before a notary public under the Kingdom of Hawaii never acquired lawful title or legal title to the property, and therefore could not thereafter mortgage the property, and any such mortgages are ineffective and unenforceable.

Kaiama had raised most or all of these arguments in his own defense against the consumer protection claims, court records show. A series of motions citing Hawaiian sovereignty arguments were scheduled to be heard next month, but became moot when agreement was reached on the stipulated judgement.
