Title: Looking for MRE's

I got lots of dried stuff, but looking for more MRE's. On Amazon, the reviews are mixed.  Shelf life is 5 years, but many were made 1-4 years ago.  Which reduces the shelf life.

Flavor doesn't matter, because if SHTF, you hungry.

Any local stores or trusted online sites?

That's what I'm sayin'
Mango was personally testing "true" shelf life.
And that's why I still have mine just over the recommended shelf life.
(And Immodium AD just in case   ;) )

I try to eat anything even if its expired. The only time I don't eat stuff is if I see mold growing on it, or I smell or taste it and it's rancid.

If you’re feeling adventurous, there’s a guy at Aloha Stadium Swap Meet who sells milsurp stuff, mags, and I’ve picked up a good number of year-old MREs from him. His name’s Richard - local guy with a mullet.
