UPDATE!
THE EVENT DATE IS NOW DEC. 15,

Anyone interested in having a fun shoot and potluck to say goodbye or good riddance to Inspector?
I'm thinking to do a little shootin', then lunch at the grassy field by the picnic table.
Still in the planning stages.

Ok, thanks. For those of you who don't know inspector, he is an old timer who has been helping out with shooting sports for years. He built the kokohead website and just recently relinquished it to London/hifico. Inspector will be moving away in few months so now is the time to take a few parting shots.

How about next Sunday at 10am at the silly side?

Let's do a little quick and dirty contest. I have some prizes to give out.
Back in the day we had steel plates and just counted hits.
How about 5 shots at a plate in x number of seconds? Multiple strings with shorter time limits.
Something like that would be easy to score.
Prizes for top revolver and top auto. Maybe more if I can dig around my house.

How does that sound?

Please keep us updated as to when this will go down. Inspector has helped me a bunch, taught me more than he realizes and overall has been a good friend although I rarely see him. I would like to shake his hand before he leave to the land of freedom and wish him well.

Wet wipes are stocked in the vehicle,  part of the get home pack. Soap too.  Thanks for the offer!

Since December 8 is the dreaded Marathon Day, I think we should reschedule.
How about the following week?
That would be Dec. 15.

Chime in if you can or cannot make it.
I did see Mr and Mrs. Inspector at Costco yesterday and he did clear Dec 8. But we obviously didn't consider the Marathon.
I suppose I better see if he is available for December 15. :rofl:
