Kyle Rittenhouse Rifle Shooter in Kenosha, supine position shoots three 8-25-20 (Read 68851 times)

He might get dinged for it.  Must be 18 to carry and possess a firearm.

I read in the Wisconsin laws statute 948.60 section 3 (C) says something about an exception carved out for long guns that are not short barreled. This statue pertains to minors and firearms. I took that to mean that that statue does not apply to underage people unless it’s a short barreled rifle. I’m too lazy to go and find it I could be wrong (I probably am).

The guy who was shot in the head is the bald guy in the maroon shirt.  There's video of them trying to administer first aid to him after he was shot.

“The two people who were shot and killed overnight in Kenosha have been described as a 26-year-old Silver lake resident and a 36-year-old Kenosha resident.
Kenosha Chief of Police Daniel Miskinis said a 17-year-old from Antioch, Ill. was in custody out of state in relation to at least one of the deaths. “

Fuck around. Found out. Someone shot in the head looting a car shop in #Kenosha

(See link above for tweet link with video)
Bald guy in the maroon shirt.
My guess is ballistics won’t match.

“Shots were fired around 11:45 p.m. Tuesday, police said. After the first shots, a young White man carrying a rifle began running north on Sheridan Road, away from a crowd of protesters.
Video shows the armed man fall to the ground and then fire multiple rounds into the crowd. Two more people fell to the ground, one shot in the arm and the other in the chest, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported. Another graphic video shows a man with blood running down the back of his neck and bystanders shouting that he had been shot in the head.

A Washington Post journalist who observed the scene saw the man with the rifle run by with a few protesters in pursuit after gunfire erupted about a block away. He tripped and fell, rolled into a sitting position, raised his gun and opened fire at his pursuers.“

Maybe he shot the guy in the maroon shirt first and then ran.
Doesn’t match the scenario though, unless he got attacked.
Seems like sketchy reporting by the Washington Post who reported he fired shots into the crowd.
Apparently reporters don’t have time to watch the video.

The guy who got domed was convicted in 2002 for “sexual contact with a minor”.  Damn!  Kyle is stacking those Warzone contracts
No one is coming, it’s up to us.

Legislation should never be about depriving law abiding citizens of something, but rather taking those things away from criminals.

In the video taken previous to the skateboard shooting, maroon shirt guy appears to be chasing Kyle into a corner by the building that was all lit up with armed men on top. Kyle turns and four shots are heard, plus more form somewhere else. What appears to be a bullet entry hole in the top left of his head (as bystanders uselessly roll him around) indicates the possibility that it could have come from above, but the tshirt was obstructing the view so we will not know for sure until the investigators sort it out. Interestingly enough he did not appear to bleed much out of the head wound, at least not initially.

After the shooting Kyle circles around the car and appears to dial 911 and attempts to report that he shot someone, but people on the scene told him that he should get away from there quickly before things escalate further. Kyle runs towards the police trying to turn himself in, but (after second defensive shooting) the cops tell him to get out fo the way and they roll past him.

This is why I have a platinum membership with USCCA, I encourage every law abiding gun owner to have insurance with USCCA....CCW holder or not.

Thanks for the post hvyb.
That video is must see TV.
Certainly paints a clearer picture start to finish.
Too bad will never show up on any MSM.

I guess ballistics might match.
Shit. He was attacked twice in one night, tried to avoid the conflicts and Then defended himself.

Then tried to turn himself in and they wouldn’t take him.
Dude was open carrying a rifle and they attacked him.  :wtf:
They’re gonna get him on “Shouldn’t have been out there with a gun”

Kyle’s gonna survive the zombie apocalypse though.

Who allows a minor, go walking around, in the midst of riots, armed with a semi-automatic carbine?

Too many video games, for that boy.

QUIETShooter

Why would a person who resides in Illinois go all the way to Kenosha Wisconsin to help protect businesses from protesters?

Is he some specially trained militia specialist on call for his services?

Is he a member of an elite group dedicated to react on a moments notice to go anywhere in the US to protect life and property?

Or is he just a disillusioned kid just wanting an excuse to discharge his weapon in the pursuit of "protecting life and property?"

I don't think I can support the actions of this individual.
Sometimes you gotta know when to save your bullets.

What if the property was owned by a relative?

Not enough information to judge his motives or reasons for being there.

IMO, he had more right to be there than the rioters.

Antioch is a half hour drive from Kenosha, meanwhile antifa is bussing in from Portland.

The boy was in the middle of the street, when he got himself, into some altercation, with those people.

What property was that boy defending, the family fire hydrant?

I didn't realize you were on the scene.  Please give more details with a play-by-play.

Was he CHASED into the middle of the street?  Was he required to retreat?

Inquiring minds.

he was defending public and private property

by that logic, all those out of state rioters should have only rioted in their own state

If he was protecting family property, I find it hard to believe him being forced, off his property and on to the street, unless he decided to leave his family's property, for whatever his reason.

Based on WHAT FACTS?

It turns out that young boy is a blue lives matters supporter and decided to come to the Kenosha party and give the cops a hand.

The cops for their part, suspiciously did not immediately arrest him, after shooting a couple of people, but instead offered the young suspect water.

Insanity.   :shake:
