Went around little before noon today and there wasn’t anyone.  Was in and out in a matter of a few minutes.
No one is coming, it’s up to us.

Legislation should never be about depriving law abiding citizens of something, but rather taking those things away from criminals.

Anywhere from 4-7 guys in line most of the time today, HPD is expediting as best as they can but it still took an hour to complete the registration.

Swing by there around 9 this morning. Saw one outside the door when I arrived at HPD and maybe 3 outside when I left.

Permit side had one person at the window and second window open, so no line.

When I went to HPD today the meters in the parking garage were gone. The officer at the permit side didn't know what the long term plan is, but free parking sure made things easier.

Got here at 9 am no line both sides. Super quick.

Still no meters in the parking lot.

First time I saw a line for the records. Was very busy that side today.

They open at 7:45 am, Mon-Fri.

Permit fee is $43.25 if you aren't already in RAPBACK.  Of course, you won't really be in RAPBACK after you pay either.

Which is crap because the background check fee is just $30

No line on either side today registering.  Plenty of street parking today as well.
