It looks like big case asking for "shall issue" concealed carry permits and incorporation.

Yep, it will be interesting to see how that goes.  It will affect all western/pacific states who have "may" issue laws.

It would set precedent in the entire 9th Circuit, which includes Hawaii....interesting possibilities.
