Title: H&K 416 22LR Carbine

A friend is thinking of picking one up and asked if I knew anything about it, unfortunately I don't.  Anyone have any experience with these Rifles that I can forward to him?

Made buy umarex (airsoft gun manufactor) in cooperation with walther.  I've shot thier h&k mp5s which are nice.  Though I'm not to sure on build quality a replacement parts.  I know the s&w has a larger aftet market support and looks likely to br a better long term choice.

I have no experience with the H & K 416 22LR
If money was no object, it would be in my collection, along with the original 416.
The closes that I have to the 416 22LR is my Mossberg 715 and the 416 on paper is better.
The Mossberg is lighter but it feels weak, sort of flimsy so much that I don’t dare to drop it.
I also made the mistake of not buying a flat top.  My 715 has a handle bar and it interferes with reactive shooting.



The 416 22LR is a replica, hopefully it is just as tough as this:
