Day 1 here. FWIW the hard case does indeed fit in both a large USPS flat rate box and the FedEx large box (not both at the same time, either one or the other, in case you didn't have a box and were wondering how to send back).

I checked my XDs and I have to send it back, do I have to go through a FFL or can I just send it back for repair????

Read the instructions on the link.

No need go through FFL, just follow the instructions and you're set.

Day 30. Fawk they don't even have a repair fix for them. Supposedly we'll hear something Oct. 4. Glad I got the PPS first but I really prefer the feel of the XDS grip and .45 cal chambering! This officially sucks ass.

Returned today with a mag and 2 sleeves (which I don't use anyways as causes mag drop issues for me). Some reported trigger heavier but since I didn't shoot it to begin with and it's been so long I don't have a frame of reference. Looking forward to running the thing finally.
