Title: Brass Catching Nets
Post by: BLKDRGN on September 12, 2013, 12:44:59 PM
I'm looking for fishing nets with a handle to catch brass. I'd prefer a squarish shape if possible. It must be at least 1ft in both directions and the holes small enough to catch .22. Also the net must be a little heavy duty so it will not melt from hot brass. Have you seen any local shops carry something like this?

I use a fishing net from walmart for $5
the netting doesnt get burned from the spent brass
the only problem is i need to rig it so the net stays open with all the brass in the net,
or just empty the brass when it starts getting full

I found couple cheap nets from sears, straight on the top of the net and rounds out on the bottom.

Cheap Ghetto Gunbox set up. Flatten the net handle to make it easier to clamp to the ammo box.
