more practice = more skill = more prepardness

i wrote about how limited our range opportunities are, especially on the west side
that a range promotes safe gun handling and training
that clubs and schools may be able to use facilities
scholarship opportunities for air riflery and ROTC
additional training facilities for LEO/.mil

What I wrote, please change it up, its just for an idea... I wasn't sure who this is going to, so I just wrote it so that a libertard demorat can understand the idea.
To whom it may concern,
During these times that firearms and shooting has become a hot issue, and safety is of the utmost importance, a new indoor firearms training facilities are a much needed commodity. That being said the proposed facility that will constructed at X-Ring Security & Firearms Training LLC will be a huge asset to ensure that:
A: Firearms are used in a safe environment
B: Misnomers about firearms can be learned and discussed
C: Legal and Moral issues about firearms use can be learned and discussed
D: And MOST IMPORTANT. Safe and frequent practice in the use of firearms that can be performed in a safe, legal, and controlled environment.
I applaud X-Ring Security & Firearms Training LLC for undertaking this daunting task of building, running, and maintaining such an important facility. With out supporters like these, people would have not many options to ensure that their weapons can be safety and effectively trained with. This range will be of great public service, and serve to keep Hawaii a safe and beautiful place.
To whomever reads this letter, thank you for taking this into consideration. There are many, many gun owners, and also a great advantage to general population, that will be served well with a new training facility to practice safe handling techniques.
