Personally, I'm having a hard time understanding the connection with the title and the article itself. Need help!  :thumbsup:

Stuff happens all the time, but it seems like a very broad question; which probably wouldn't get cert.  The supreme court denies like 90% (guestimate) cases.  Many are going to get cert denied.  Things like circuit splits, or highly publicized events will increase the chances of approving cert.
