Title: Which Local FFL accepts firearms from individuals?

I am currently trying to bring in a firearm that I purchased from someone on the Mainland. Are there any FFL's here that will accept a transfer from an Individual? I was going to use OGC, but they informed me that they only accept transfers through Licensed Dealers, not Individuals.
