Title: Hi-cap handgun magazines.
Post by: Vladimir on January 26, 2011, 08:54:52 PM
I'm aware that the hi-capacity law applies to handgun magazines...but I was watching a youtube gun review by a guy in Hawaii and his Glock magazines look like 15 rounders. Are LEO (not sure if the guy is LEO) exempt from hi-cap magazines or is did this youtube guy just record himself in possession of an illegal item?

I thought they were only exempt with their duty weapons.  they can buy standard cap mags for personal fun guns?
