Title: Replica/Deactivated Weapons?
Post by: Vladimir on February 04, 2011, 12:24:03 PM
Question...I know Hawaii has several military vehicle owners who restore classic WWII Jeeps or current day Half-Deuces etc. What are the laws regarding these vehicles having deactivated weapons mounted on them for historical accuracy?

Go Here;     http://hawaiihistoricarms.org/ (http://hawaiihistoricarms.org/)

They are the group that puts on the gun show.

I believe it is one of their members that owns the vehicles you're asking about.

If they don't have the answer, no one does.

Be surprised at who their members are.

Man, that kinda sux if you couldn't finish your vehicle "Correctly". That would be cool if you could just get it registered with an "Orange Muzzle Brake"
