I thought it was a private citizen.  Just read the article and it was hpd.  He article probably would read different if it was a private citizen. " aiea man faces murder charges for shooting citizen". Lol

Why is it, the repeat scumbag offenders get shot by cops and survive, but a kid in Sonoma holding an airsoft rifle gets shot by sheriffs and dies?
