Said they have met with "the Hawaii rifle association" and they have offered to do some work at the range

My question i submitted to the mayor:
KHSC is one of the most utilized parks in the state.
What is being done to improve the range, and in addition, what is being done to expand ranges to other areas on the island?

My question
No active efforts to expand across the island due to $$$

Emergency situation, so they will expedite process and not use usual permitting
To open as quickly as possible, so people wil not go and shoot on public and private property
Will get permits, but can work with authorization
Plan is to get written emergency authorization tomorrow

Parks director said that city engineers went out today and they also want to increase backstop height from 12 feet to 20 feet

And to build classroom facilities so that safe gun use can be promoted

You better get the chance to talk to her and give her some input; knudnuts is like a vulture that goes in when everyone isn't looking so he can try and manipulate their minds before anyone gets a chance to do so.

Hopefully the suggestion for moving the shooting positions back will not only cut costs, but expedite the process.
I don't get why HPD won't release the details of the case; maybe its because they know knudnuts is full of shit, and don't want to release that info to the public because he would get crucified.
I am thinking the benches cannot be moved back because it would reduce space behind the bench for people to walk
Plus that does not take into account people who shoot standing
I guess they could shoot by the benches like they do now
Hpd cannot comment on open cases

Didn't even know you were there until you walked up behind me. What were you clinging to the ceiling like spiderman? Glad Knudsen was late, it was nice to hear that the parks director thought we were handling this the right way. Seemed to be very positive.
