Does anybody know where I can get it locally? And about how much they run.

You are going to be spending over $10 if you are lucky to find them at that price.
Are you using these for food storage? If so, I also recommend you invest in Gamma Lids; they will make your life so much easier.
+1 for gamma lids. soo much faster and more durable.

The white buckets at lowes say they are food grade (at least the ones I bought did). They were $4.00 a piece here in CA.

I purchased several of the white food grade buckets about 8 months ago from Lowes and at that time they were $5.xx something. Don't confuse the buckets by looking at the triangle symbol. The food grade buckets are clearly labeled with food grade decals on them. The cheapest I found the gamma lids locally were at $7.xx something from Home Depot.

I was getting mine at grocery stores for a while but it was a pain in the ass to get the hookup. Wish I still had that contact.
