Title: set screw?
Post by: ren on January 03, 2014, 08:26:28 PM
Anyone know a good local source? I just need one for my scope. It appears smaller than a #4 and is probably a fine thread. I checked Lowes and City Mill

What Powder Monkey said. I went there looking for a set screw for my Midwest Industries Burris Fastfire mount after looking for one at the other hardware stores. HN&B not only had it, but also gave it to me for free.

You could also try Hobbitat on 10th ave in Kaimuki. They are a model/hobby/fishing shop. They have a lot of little screws and set screws for models.  Both standard and metric.
