Title: Be careful possible stolen .mil equip

seller is from Hawaii somewhere. Not sure if it is legal or not. I read that PEQ15s are not sold to individuals but can be sold used from .gov agencies/orgs

I would report it... It looks like the serial number is kinda clear...
