Title: Supreme Court brief filed in the McDonald v Chicago case

Yesterday, Nov. 16, 2009, the petitioners filed their brief in the Supreme Court (http://www.chicagoguncase.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/08-1521-ts.pdf").

It has some pretty interesting arguments inside if you are interested in reading it.
