Title: Muzzleloaders?

just want to clarify. muzzleloaders are not considered a firearm by the ATF and I can buy one from cabelas and ship it right to my door right? and they do not need to be registered? im on maui. thanks

Correct on all...

A bit of advice if you plan to get into it: learn to cast your own bullets and stock up on powder whenever you find it.

Legally yes.  But if I remember correctly, I do not think Cabelas will ship them to Hawaii.  You may need to go thru a 3rd party shipping, or do some convincing on the phone.
