Edit:  Apparently there is a promo going on also that has NO handling & insurance charge.  So basically free shipping from what I can tell on my order.

Thanks for the heads up.  I bought a couple to try.  I think that the shipping is added later for outside CONUS purchases.  I guess I wait and see what the charge is.
