I have found sec has decent prices for slug if you wanna buy it by the box. But if ogc has a sale for 250 at a time. That is usually a little cheaper.

Sec is out of stock. We're selling lawman for $3.99 for 5.
Went to Ogc and picked up a few but they were $6.50 for 5
They had case of seller and bellot for 240 after tax.
Anybody want to split one

I'm your huckleberry.

Hey, I bought some of the S&B 2 3/4" 00 buck from OGC last year.  The brass bottom of the case was kind of taller than most I've seen.  I noticed I couldn't load the tube on my shotgun to capacity.

When I measured the shells, they were closer to 3".  My shotgun can shoot 3" shells, but it does reduce the mag capacity by one.

Hopefully the slugs are different.  But, it might be worth measuring a sample shell at the store if your shotgun can't handle a 3" shell.

For all I know, mine might have been part of a poor QA batch.  Just thought I'd mention in case it makes a difference for you.

 ;)
