I don't see anything on the website about not shipping to HI.

Unfortunately, it does say on the website.

Right under credit cards info...
(State laws prohibit AceCo from shipping the pepper spray cartridges with the Micro-Shot to AK, HI, MA, NY, or WI).

Sucks... again.
