waiting for the Form 3 for approval. (tax free)
transfers to a Form 4 ($5)

These are the 14" factory 590A1s without stock.
technically not a title 1 shotgun.

I did not get a reply from a local SOT and since the Chief of Police wont sign a Form 4.
I have oped to have the firearm transferred to a mainland SOT  , and fly it back to Hawaii in the future without a need for a 5320.20
(suppressors and AOW are exempt from 5320.20)


18 USC 922(a)4
