With the great turn out that occurs once a month is it possible to schedule it 2 times a month???

we've tried to ask
but no dice
pretty much every weekend day is filled with some group or another
and there are one or two more groups being formed

Understood Boss. While those groups are shooting I say we set up diversion of a table full of food. While they eat we take over the range.  :crazy:   8)
