You're right. I had to replay the vid to hear that. But you gotta cut a live reporter some slack. It's tough to adlib on live tv.
That being said, here is one of my favorite movie quotes:
"Nothing wrong with shooting as long as the right people get shot"

Hope we are not heading into the "shoot first ask later" type police enforcement.....
But I do agree during violent crimes (do not know if it applies to this situation), once the law is broken it is a free game.

I've been clicking on all those "related" links on the bottom for the past 20 min. There's actually a lot of shootings that happen here. I wish we could legally CCW to protect ourselves
