Title: FFL question
Post by: Hiram maxim on September 08, 2014, 06:44:42 AM
Just out if curiosity.... You ship a firearm to Hawaii to an FFL. You show him your permit and your done. Now you go register it. I'm curious if the FFL is required to turn in to the state of all firearms that that FFL has recieved? Basically does the state follow up and make sure all firearms are registered that are recieved by them.

as soon as they receive firearms they log it into their ATF logbooks and send the info to HPD
