I literally JUST make the cut.
Wouldn't matter though; a quick 10-15 min hike and I'm on the top of the Ko'olau Mountain Range

Tsunami party at Macsak's house :geekdanc:
A sizable tsunami has never hit the island of Oahu in recorded history ever.Yeah, well, tomorrow has not been recorded yet, either!
My biggest worry is being in Waikiki during the holiday season around 4-7PM. If a tsunami comes, and I'm stuck in holiday shopping & party traffic in that low-lying beachfront area, it won't be pretty. .....
That is why they invented Amazon........ ;)

Not sure how that helps me? :wacko:Sorry..... Cant help there..... OGC isn't too bad though. 8)
I order online as many things on my Christmas list as I can. I still have to work and attend parties (and stop by OGC)!!
Well somebody has spooked C&C to come out with this. Wonder if this affects flood insurance rates. Even though my home is green, it's unrated so they still stick it to me. Thinking of cancelling this year.
Tsunami hazard and flood hazard are 2 different beasts. The flood insurance is related to FEMA flood maps, where inland areas sometimes show Flood Zone D, areas with undetermined risk. In most cases, it may be obvious you're not at a high risk, but i would make sure first!
