I asked about it when I did the Hunters Ed. course and they basically ignored me.

I don't have one and I'm not really into archery but I see no logic in this.

They let me shoot it there that day but said no more after that. I went to their manager and was given the run around. Just find a secluded area and a get a GOOD block target. I sighted in my Excalibur Ibex at 20yds in my yard and the elevation lines on the scope are on the money to 50yds.

As stated above. Hawaii laws = :crazy:
