I can hear it now:
Liberal parents call Cops to search for “unknown guns” in their home. Searchers turn up 5 ounces of pot in the teenage son’s bedroom. There ware no unknown weapons located, but the father’s home defense handgun and skeet shotgun were in the residence, which when combined with the illegal drugs, constitute special circumstances under the state and federal drug enterprise statutes.
The law requires the Cops to seize the entire home, all personal property, and the family’s 3 cars until investigators can determine the source of the income used to pay for everything. Also, all banking and investment accounts are frozen pursuant to the investigation.
What could possibly go wrong???

Now that I thought about it some more, this could be fun!
How many unusual items can you think of that would shock and awe the cops so much they decide this voluntary suspension of the 4th Amendment isn't working out?
