These fools were reaching behind the man, taking what is presumably a loaded gun from a concealed holster.
Someone in that group should have had a brain and left the gun alone. If it's in the holster, it's not a threat! They are very lucky someone's finger didn't find its way to that trigger and make matters worse for themselves.
If this were me on the ground, I would be suing for violation of my constitutional rights:

– if the wrong person is apprehended or a suspect's civil rights are violated.
Yeah, once they inflicted bodily harm by tacking him and held him against his will, they then took his property (gun) and accused him of a crime with no evidence or reasonable suspicion.
I bet Walmart will settle with the lawyer, too.
Walmart should ban this Libtard from ever stepping foot in their stores again -- ALL OF THEM. He's obviously dangerous and lacks good judgement. The ones who helped hold the man down should be sued as well and given a 1 year expulsion from Walmart.

It's more likely a Liberal would feel the compelling need to disarm all Walmart patrons, thereby forcing their decisions on everyone else there!

As a former Florida resident, I can say that there are a lot of douchebags down there of all political affiliations. Especially the people that shop at Walmart. Florida is a nice place but it seems that the northeast has been pooping rotten people into Florida for decades.
