Any wagers or odds on whether the shooter(s) were prohibited persons and/or that they and their firearm(s) were legally registered? I mean, that's what those laws or for, right, to catch criminals? I certainly feel safer knowing that I and all my fellow forum readers have been photographed and fingerprinted and entered into a government database PRIOR to breaking any law.
