Title: Caseless ammunition

has anybody heard any more news about he development of caseless ammunition? The last thing I heard about it was that it was still in testing, but folks weren't too excited about it. I think caseless ammunition has great potential, and would eventually like to own a rifle that can have 310+ rounds in its magazine ;)  :geekdanc: :shaka:

Military would be the first ones to use it, but I haven't heard anything about it for a while.  I assume it's probably at least 10+ years off in the future.  Even then I think the changes would be minimal and we'd have slightly larger magazine, maybe 50 rounders.  Would be more for a bit a weight savings since case makes up almost 1/2 the weight of the round.
