Whats the over/under on whether or not the 'customers' were paid actors.

1,401 guns with histories ....

out of the estimated 800,000 - 1.4 million similar stories that occur annually in the US.

They should also have a car lot out back with the "actual cars" that killed well known people.

First row should have the 1967 Oldsmobile Delmont 88 that Kennedy killed Mary Jo with.

Here's a good place to start.  The list even has the make of vehicle involved...

Well, to be fair, it's more likely that it was a bottle of scotch that that drunk bastard downed that killed her. Why else did Teddy boy wait until the next morning to report the accident? Answer: he had to sober up first, of course.

this shit pisses me off, my stomachs turning.. the people that they won over either were never true 2nd amendment supporters to begin with or most likely probably paid actors, it should be common sense to know that guns used in crimes are normally locked up inside evidence lockers or destroyed i doubt they'd be resold in a regular shop, at most they'd be auctioned or something, even if it did have a history, its still just a tool, its the person, for all i care they can keep those people they just won over, no matter we still outnumber them. btw if any of us walked into that store, we'd probably realize by the way that the shop owner was talking that he doesn't know his shit, never even gave the brand of the gun, had to read off the tag.

There was no specific information as to where this supposedly took place, except for some vague reference to "NYC".
In fact I browsed their website and there is a surprising lack of information about the video or that organization.
I smell a big pile of doodoo. They all looked like actors with makeup.

I don't think these are "the" specific guns used in any crimes whatsoever.  These are just similar models.  Exactly like saying I have THE GUN that Deedy used in McDonald's.  Not the same gun, but it's a Glock 26 Gen4.

This is just one more little detail that they leave up to interpretation so they can create an emotional response in the viewer.

And, yes, I find it hard to believe any of the "customers" were off the street shoppers.  They had to be paid actors.  Every one of them had the same rehearsed "shocked face" when told this was "the gun" that killed somebody.

I'm not sure what the problem is really.  If I am looking for a gun, I think having a little mystery in its history is a plus!  Think of how much people pay for guns that are certified to have slain a famous person, been in a famous battle or gun fight, or was carried by a certain military leader in a campaign.  It's what turns a "just like all the others tool" into a "one in a million collectible"!!

Okay, so I'll ask the question:

Assuming that Single Six was used by a child to kill another child. The question to all of you is this: If offered at the right price (And the transaction was legal) would you purchase it if it was the gun you were looking for?

Doubtful for me...I really don't care to have some documented firearm used in a murder. That being said, I have several WWII, Korean War and Vietnam War firearms that no doubt killed others in wars/conflicts but in my twisted mind, I view that differently because it was combat related and backed by our government/DoD. However, IMHO I really don't care to own or have any desire to have any firearm involved in a murder.

to answer your question probably not. I have thought of a similar question when buying or wanting to buy military surplus firearms. Was this weapon used in combat and does it have kills attributed to it? Firearms are not like edged weapons unless bayonets are affixed so they are usually not bloodied, that makes me feel better. I am not that superstitious or religious but I'd rather not invite vengeful or bad spirits around me. My brother sent me a link for Iraqi Contractor AK's one day and I wouldn't consider purchasing that rifle, http://www.atlanticfirearms.com/component/virtuemart/shipping-rifles/contractor-wasr-10-ak47-detail.html?Itemid=0

hmm good question, i mean i know its just a tool and its the person behind the trigger and all, unless it had historic value and is a good investment, i wouldn't really care much if i knew it was involved in a murder, but i would think it'd be better if i didn't know, i think chances of ending up with a gun thats heated say related to a shooting is quite rare considering there's a ton of arms out there anyways. would you guys treat the gun any differently if you knew it was used in a crime or in some kind of shooting? apparently history does affect the market price though

So before this discussion goes too far, I don't think we can call a child killing another child "Murder". Murder involves premeditation. My original question asked if it was used in a killing, not a murder.

Let me continue the questions. Along with the first question I asked, let me ask these two questions.

2. Does it make a difference to you if the gun was used in a killing that was NOT a murder?

3. Does it make a difference to you that the gun was used to kill a child as compared to an adult?

well the more guns we buy, the less guns in the wrong hands  i'd like to think that at least, but the question is quite broad, there's many possibilities of "killing" from accidental shootings to negligent discharge, even a "stray bullet" but i wouldn't buy it if it was inherently dangerous and is prone to accidental discharge, and while its true that childrens lives are very valuable, whether a child or adult thats been killed doesn't matter much to me, a persons been killed. and its not the gun that pulled its own trigger.

Let me be clear:  The anti-gun forces have no ethical code and will do anything to advance their program because in their minds the end justifies the means.

I note, coming from NYC myself, that none of the actors had New York accents.

yes an actual yorker to discredit them or if you prefer, yankee, cause 'merica  O0 but props to the actors for not shitting themselves with all the guns around them, none of them had safe weapons handling, they broke one of the rules with finger was in the trigger too. that just made them look dumb to the people that do know their shit, besides once your pro gun i doubt you will change sides.

There is still NO proof what guns Adam Lanza used or if that whole thing really happened.

I'm not so sure about this.  The time line to get a permit is very long, we are talking 6 months to years wait.   How were these guns removed from evidence?

@2:43 - that's not the magazine that was in his rifleutilized during the Sandy Hook incident.  Even by CSGV's standards that's what is reported.  you can see the picture here:
http://csgv.org/wp/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/Lanza-AR-15.jpg (http://csgv.org/wp/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/Lanza-AR-15.jpg)

Sounds like a bunch of bullshit to me.    Licensing? No way that would slip through the neighborhood boards and stuff lol. Zoning.  No gun owners saw this?  Distributors? etc.

And what really let's you know it's BS, regarding the Class 3 Fully-automatic UZI.  GWH Website says:

"This weapon has the perfect combination of automatic firepower and compact size. Every year it attracts countless people to gun ranges. One of them brought his 9-year-old girl along for the fun. She’ll never forget it, because she unintentionally shot and killed the gun instructor who was trying to teach her."  They can't even get it right.  You list it as automatic in the description, but semi in the gun information lol.  Like anyone would sell that; hell, good luck possessing that in New York.   The whole things a sham.

Yup. Arf already outed the fake store loc (given neighboring store signage in the video) as well as the main actor sales dude.  The rest will follow in time but discredited as is.  Complete fake b.s. to scare the weak minded masses.
That said, it did encourage me to purchase another firearm ahead of the fun show.

yup, found out the actor for the gun store owner was a character in grand theft auto V, too much hollywood hypocrites, all of them make their money off of violence and guns

1. They were open for two days and only showed about a dozen people... where are all the other people, including those who said, "I couldn't care less about who used a similar make and model of gun to do what. How much is it?" Or the people who said, "What are you doing? No one in NYC can get a pistol permit."

2. The organization that made the video claims those were not "real" guns, they were "prop" guns, and that a "representative of NYPD" was present. It is illegal in NYC to possess any replica, prop, imitation, or "toy" having the appearance of a genuine firearm. These people could be prosecuted for multiple violations: the fake clerk handling the "props", as well as all the customers and/or other staff members of the organization who helped set up the displays, etc. that handled the "props" at any time. However, it appears NYPD was in collusion with this organization, but even so, the laws were still violated. You think if the NRA pulled a similar stunt that Cuomo and DeBlasio and NYPD wouldn't be enforcing the letter of the law?  :wtf:

3. Because of the (self)righteousness of their cause, these people believe that any (including illegal, not to mention lying) means justifies their collectivist end.

The whole gun store and "first time buyers" we're obviously fake.

You're telling me no one other than the first time buyer walked into that store?

I know if a new gun store opened up in my neighborhood, it would be packed for the first few days at least.

It's all BS
