Not bad!  Pricey, but a nice concept.

They work best on concrete, but still tend to fling brass around.  Even though I have access to one on concrete it is quicker to use a large curved push squeegee and makes piles that you can sweep up.  Never really tried it outdoors.

This looks like it works better than that rolling hamster cage thing but on smooth surface the squeegee probably the best tool.
I used one of those magnetic pick up sticks the other day for shotgun shells, worked ok, could do 3-4 at a time and then of course you had to shake or tear them off.  I forgot to wear gloves.

GENIUS!!!

10 years or so ago I spoke to some retired EOD guys that work for Army Corps of Engineers on an ordinance clean up project.  For some reason the subject of a genius way to pick up brass came up.  They all agreed it would be a multimillion dollar invention if it could pickup the same amount of brass as 4 people picking it by hand in 1/4 of the time.  I wonder if this company marketed it to the DOD.

Was going to buy one for HDF from the past shot show but it wouldn't fit in my luggage. Down side is it picks up rocks too. So I asked the guys " does it pick up rocks?"  He says " yeah it does"  then he says " the good thing though is eventually you won't have anymore rock's though" then I said " meeh" and went to go see odin works for some free XMR mag releases. Lol

My idea was to get a bunch of trained monkeys that will pickup and sort brass for some bananas.

ahhh, rocks.  mud too for that matter.  it was a slight mess yesterday.   no perfect solution I guess so have many tools including the ones we're born with.
