Hello fellow 2aHI, found this online and looks pretty cool for storing your handgun using your existing ammo can.It fits 2 handgun and 4 mag. check out this link.

I've actually used them before; or at least a very similar setup to take our M9's to and from the bird (if we weren't actually carrying on our vest or holstered).   Have also seen them bolted down as a lockable, temporary storage container as well.   It works, 2 M9's & 4 mags (slots for only 2), it's also snug so the handguns didn't bounce around.   I'm sure pretty much anyone could make one with the right kind of foam, hot-knife, and basic hardware from home depot etc., I believe that's what a lot of AFE shops did.   Again a decent, REASONABLY secure transport container/temporary storage solution  :thumbsup:   Purely IMHO of course  ;)

I got the single + beaucoup mags insert but need cans, OGC had none today :(
