Title: Pistol Powder on the Big Island?

I'm looking for a some pistol powder - H110 would be great. IMR4227, Lilgun, 2400, .... Am reloading for 357 magnum out of a pistol and rifle and am through most of what  I have.

Went to J Hara and they are dry. Fellow I talked to said they expected a shipment a month ago. They still have SMP/SP  primers, though.

Last time I was in Stubbs/Hilo Guns, they got out of stocking reloading supplies.

Any other sources on the Island? Possible to ship from Oahu without taking out a loan?

No more my friend.  I use lil gun and h110 for my 300blk.  Only other thing to do is a group order of 50lbs from Powder Valley ~hazmat and shipping on 50lbs is $350.

I'm on the Big island...I needed some pistol powder and there wasn't any...stuebs, jhara, ect...I bought a pound of Winchester super handicap and worked up a load for 9mm....now I use it for 9mm 40sw and 357sig...works great.

I'm pretty sure I saw 4227 at WGS in Hawaii Kai on Saturday. They are open on koko head range days.

Aloha! We actually bring in quite a bit of reloading components. It's just not available as often as we'd like. We had a shipment last week and one the week before. But when we get pistol powder, it's usually gone in a day. Check back with us though. Thanks

Thanks, Josh. I actually scored 2 lbs of 4227 from you guys a couple of days after I originally posted along with more primers.  And the 300 pk of CCI minimags was much appreciated as well.
