Title: Need moar moped laws...

laws that would prohibit more than one passenger...oh schnap we already have that...how about a law that prohibits riders under the age of 10....

A drivers license is required for mopeds,15 1/2 years old to obtain a license.No passengers on moped.Hard lesson learned & hope they recover from this
