MSG Rob Mango has made history at the 2015 National Matches at Camp Perry by being the only competitor to win both the Daniel Boone and General Custer Trophies at the National Matches for both Service Rifle (2015) and Service Pistol (2013). His National Match Course score was 494 out of 500 points with 22Xs.
His other awards include the 25th Infantry Division Trophy for the highest scoring Infantry rifle competitor, the Association of the United States Army Trophy for the highest scoring Army rifle competitor, the Citizens Soldier Trophy for the highest scoring reserve rifle competitor, the US Army Reserve Memorial Trophy for the highest scoring reserve pistol competitor, and the Mountain Man Trophy for the highest individual aggregate rifle score. I probably missed some.
MSG Mango is a 2aHawaii forum member, lives on Oahu and is a regular at Koko Head Pistol Range.

Thanks everyone.
I traded the safe to an AMU shooter for an M1A. Then TSA confiscated the M1A stock on the flight back from Camp Perry. Yea TSA!

What's the story with that ?
I had 2 pelicans with 12 pistols and 4 rifles coming back from Perry. The stock to an M1A I won wouldn't fit in a hard case. I put the stock, by itself, in another large checked Duffle. When I opened the duffle, the stock was gone and a TSA slip was left. I contacted the Cleveland Airport (United baggage) and filed a complaint with a pic of the stock. United actually got TSA to mail my stock to me.
Didn't matter though, I made an EMR out of it.

Congrats on the matches as well as making it home safely.

WTF? They CONFISCATED a stock?
