I posted the video of this some time back.  It's from an organization called Evolve (http://www.evolveusa.com/) whose entire message is gun safety.  They've done three humorous ads that I know of; the sex toys one is their second.

They're all on the website (http://www.evolveusa.com/previous_work.html).
