Title: NICE SOW DOWN - 14 AUG 2015

Braddah Mike when shoot one nice fat sow (no not hapai, we no shoot hapai sows or sows with keiki's) for the BBQ the next day.  I waited for the trophy boar but none showed up.

He just par-boiled it with garlic & ginger and marinade it with BBQ sauce for the hibachi.  He first soaked the meat over night in ice & water to draw out the blood so it's not too gamey.
