"It's a slippery slope" when it comes to the question of whether citizens who are licensed to carry guns should intervene in dangerous situations, if at all, Guglielmi said.

They don't want too many people helping their fellow man? If the shooting was justified then just let it be. I am just befuddled.
I guess the libs just want the sheeple to go to their slaughter quietly. You know defending yourself and others involves so much paperwork and all. I mean if the criminal shot the clerk then it would be easy, if the perp turns himself in, 3 months probation then release early on good behavior with the states sincerest apologies for making the criminal who he is today. If a person actually defends themselves, then they actually have to investigate, then they have to call a news conference about how this was an isolated event and guns don't actually save people, then we have to find a way to bury the story, etc. It just makes their lives hell.

Everytime someone defends a life and it is scrutinized, this question should be asked:
WHY is it your right to determine when and how I defend my own life or anyone else in need?

Good on that responsible citizen.
There is nothing wrong with an investigation being done though. A life was taken and the police still have to make sure there wasn't foul play involved.
