Watched the whole 1 hour en banc hearing from June.
Boy, those judges are really tough on both parties.
I believe the final ruling won't come out till after the election.
-
Yeah I watched it back in June, thought it was going to be terribly anti-gun until the state presented their "case". Generally the decisions come down after 6-9 months, a year and a half would be pretty extreme.
-
same here , I didn't like the State guy!
The one judge was drilling his ass.
-
Where do we watch it at? Thanks!

Do you have a link to the entirety of Act 206? I'd like to read it. I looked online but I couldn't find it?
It appears Hawaii used to be shall issue and the license used to be valid statewide (territory wide).
I wonder when they went to May issue and I also wonder when they only allowed for the permits to be valid countywide instead of being valid statewide.
-
I presume that only the paper version would exsist in the States archives.
This is the reason on my next application to carry. As it was submitted official by the Attorny General of Hawaii to the en banc.
-
I also wonder when they took the power away from the sheriff and only allowed the corporate police force to issue them.

When Hawaii became a state, they dissolved towns and county sheriff's. The sheriff is now a state agency and there are only county governments .
I also wonder when open carry was restricted.
