Does anyone know of a gunsmith here in Hawaii that has the expertise to shorten a Ruger Blackhawk barrel from 7.5" to 5.5", crown and refinish the muzzle as well as reinstall the front sight factory specs?

left an email about a week ago but no reply. Guess he doesn't do it, don't know how or makes soooo much money he don't need the business.... :shake:
