Title: Don't Comply

Interesting group taking some notes from the Civil Rights movement and Black Panthers. People freak out with open carry, but if they are open carrying and feeding the homeless then it's a lot harder to call them small penis idiot gun nuts (and not look like a hypocritical liberal fascist tool). There are lots of stupid laws out there which don't make sense that could be simultaneously addressed along with the right of self-preservation, especially in a state with the highest homeless rate per capita.

I don't know how any law that says you cannot feed homeless even passes constitutional muster.

What Constitutional right do you think this law would be violating and why ?

What in the constitution allows the government to regulate such basic activities in our every day lives?
