Please send in testimony opposing HB625 (Firearms Possession; Misdemeanor Stalking and Sexual Assault) by 2-24-2016 2:00pm.

RELATING TO FIREARMS Includes misdemeanor stalking and sexual assault among the offenses that disqualify a person from owning, possessing, or controlling any firearm or ammunition.

H 2/22/2016: Bill scheduled to be heard by JUD on Thursday, 02-25-16 2:00PM in House conference room 325.

According to Dr. Max Cooper, misdemeanor stalking can include unwelcomed text message and recommended opposing it.

Written testimony deadline is Wednesday 2-24-2016 2:00pm.
